This comprehensive one-day course will thoroughly familiarise you with the entire SEQF process and empower you to effectively monitor and review your service’s work against established SEQF standards.
Workshop Content
As part of this CPD-accredited Workshop, we will work through the following essential areas:
- The Core Values of Supported Employment and the 5-Stage Model
- How the SEQF is critically measured against core values and the 5 stages of supported employment
- How the SEQF is evaluated against Business Results and Key Performance Indicators
- Practical hints and tips on how Managers can effectively embed SEQF as a continuous improvement tool
- How Managers can best support their frontline staff within the SEQF framework and manage expectations
- Sharing of good practice, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and the hands-on implementation of SEQF
