Course Aim

The course aims to equip professionals with: 

  • A clear understanding of the five stages of supported employment 
  • The core values that drive inclusive practice 
  • Practical tools and applied skills to support people into meaningful, sustainable careers 
  • An understanding of how the model fits with Supported Employment Quality Framework Model Fidelity (SEQF). 

It’s an excellent starting point for those new to the field and a valuable refresher for experienced practitioners.
