Course Aim
This course provides an in-depth exploration of each stage of the supported employment model. Through a combination of taught sessions, portfolio work, professional discussions, and observations, learners will:
Develop a deeper understanding of best practices
Apply learning directly to their own work
Build confidence and capability to deliver impactful services for both customers and employers

Assessment is via a portfolio of evidence, including workbooks, work products, observations, and professional discussions.
