This year’s conference theme, The Art of the Possible: Connecting the Dots, reflects our shared commitment to high quality supported employment, inclusive workplaces, and evidence informed practice across Europe.

We welcome submissions from practitioners, researchers, employers, policy leaders, people with lived experience, and partners from across the supported employment community.

Side Panels

Explore key issues from multiple perspectives

Side Panels run alongside workshops and offer an opportunity to explore key issues from multiple perspectives.

  • Lasts 55 minutes
  • Includes up to three panellists, plus a Chair
  • Combines short inputs (5–10 minutes per panellist) with chair‑led discussion and audience questions

Panel themes

We are seeking contributors for panels covering themes such as:

  • Driving quality across Europe
  • Transitions from education to work
  • Workforce development
  • What Research Across Europe Tells Us About Supported Employment and Sustainable Jobs
  • What quality looks like from an employer’s perspective

Interactive Workshops

Practical, participatory and engaging sessions

Interactive Workshops are a core part of the conference programme and should be practical, participatory, and engaging.

  • Lasts 55 minutes
  • Should actively involve participants (for example through discussion, case studies, group work, or reflection)
  • Must clearly align with the conference theme and supported employment values

Workshop themes

Workshop themes include (but are not limited to):

  • Employer engagement and job matching
  • In-work support and career development
  • Workforce development
  • Inclusive supported employment (including learning disability and autism)
  • Education pathways
  • Self-employment
  • Marketing supported employment services

We also welcome proposals for other workshop topics, provided they clearly demonstrate how they connect to the conference theme.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer free delegate places for panel or workshop presenters.
  • All sessions will be delivered in English.
  • Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a place in the final programme.
